Welcome friends. Last year we joined in with 5 Minutes for Mom ultimate blog party and found wonderful blogs and met some amazing moms. We are so excited to be back again. I hope you enjoy looking around our perch. Kick your feet up. We'll let you eat in the "nice" living room. Leave the cleaning up to us. We want you to have fun. We want to serve and nurture you....that is what we do best. 
Heather's love note to you and me:
"Blessed Nest was never meant to be a “nursing pillow company”. But when my dear friend was having a heck of a time breastfeeding her new baby, she asked me to come up with something that would be the support that would actually help her. Rather than taking the approach of redesigning what wasn’t working for her, I just listened and came up with what would be what she needed. It started as a gift… an extension of our friendship rather than “product design”.
That is the approach that I take with everything that we offer at Blessed Nest. When nurturing is the goal, there really is no reason to compromise. It’s logical that function should include beauty and ethical production, and as a company we are truly committed to sustainable business practices."
In this past year we have grown our team here at the perch. We have a wonderful group of women who contribute to our blog. This contribution has blessed us as we grow into an on-line community of moms, aunties, sisters and friends.
I (Donna) enjoy writing for the perch as I nurture my own little family. I am a home school mom and manage our Blessed Nest business behind the scenes. It is a joy to partner with Heather in business. We have been friends for over 10 years. We enjoy bringing the love for family and friends into our business model.
